SAE INDEX 2024
The Subnational Audit Efficacy Index is an annual assessment of the level of transparency and accountability operational in the utilization of public resources and implementation of public policies in all 36 states of the federation of Nigeria through public audit and key stakeholders in the public audit action cycle. The aim is to identify areas government institutions at subnational level require support to optimize their public finance management and policy implementation practices, improve existing accountability structures and accelerate development.
