PLSI invites experienced and professional travel management companies and logistics providers to submit bids for the comprehensive handling of all travel-related logistics for our upcoming major event scheduled for March 20, 2025, at Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre, Abuja.

Mandatory Submission Requirements
All interested bidders must submit a comprehensive proposal that includes the following elements:
Financial Proposal (Cost Quotation/Invoices):
A complete, itemized cost quotation/invoice based on the description above.
Note: Bids lacking a clear cost breakdown will not be considered.
Cover Note & Pitch for Retainer-ship:
- A cover note expressing interest.
This should include a compelling pitch for a 2-year retainer-ship agreement with PLSI for all future travel and logistics needs.

Evaluation Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated based on a combination of factors, including quality and realism of proposal, competitiveness of the cost quotation, and the strength of the proposed long-term retainer-ship pitch.
PLSI reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid that is deemed most advantageous to the organization.
