Duration: Six (6) months with possibility to transition into full employment

ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND
Paradigm Leadership Support Initiative (PLSI) is a civic organization fostering accountability in Nigeria. PLSI uses a combination of research, policy advisory, advocacy, civic-tech, public sensitization and multi-stakeholder dialogue and collaboration to achieve social change.

- Communications Intern
- Work on crafting impactful messages, managing social media, and engaging stakeholders.

- Finance Intern

- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of key organizational programs.

JOB PURPOSE
To assist, learn and grow in assigned department.
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Working relationships will include all officers involved in the department assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in fields related to your chosen internship role.
Core Competencies
- Ability to assist and contribute positively to the team
- Must be open to learning and gaining new experiences
- Ability to take an increasing amount of responsibility
- Must possess influencing and critical analysis skills, self-awareness and must be able to work effectively with others
- Must have exceptional written and oral presentation abilities
